Product Condition Definitions

Reconditioned (Re-Con): These products includes brand new products but aged in the inventory over time, a factory repaired and reconditioned unit. All of these products are tested thoroughly to confirm fully operational before we offer them. Expect none to very minor defects.

Demo: These products had only been used as demostration units by our own team. We keep our demo products well maintained and fully functional. Expect minor defects.

Used: These are used products. All these products are all tested to be fully operational. Expect moderate defects.
